At Pacifico Yokohama, for the GOODS venue sales, we will distribute numbered tickets on a first-come, first-served basis using the LINE app to ease congestion within the venue.
■ GOODS Venue Sale Date and Time
December 25, 2023 (Monday) from 12:00 PM at Pacifico Yokohama National Convention Hall.
※Please note: Venue sales are only available to those with a concert ticket for the day. From 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, you cannot purchase goods in the merchandise area without both a performance ticket and a merchandise ticket.

■ Application Method
We will use the LINE app for the application.
※Please add "the GazettE Official" as a friend for the ticket.
■ Application Date and Time

December 21, 2023 (Thursday) from 8:00 PM to December 22, 2023 (Friday) 7:00 PM.
※First-come, first-served. Distribution ends once the designated number of tickets is reached.
■ Important Notes
- ・Use of the LINE app is mandatory.
- ・To get a ticket, a pre-application is required, and there will be time slots when you cannot enter the merchandise area without a ticket.
- ・We plan to sell to those without a ticket after all ticket numbers have been called.
- ・Tickets are free of charge.
- ・Please note that call times may vary after the sale starts.
- ・Transferring merchandise tickets using screenshots is prohibited. If transfer is discovered, purchase will be refused. Please use the merchandise ticket linked to your LINE account on your smartphone.
- ・Only one person per ticket is allowed to enter the sales area. However, children of elementary school age and below may accompany an adult, but the purchase limit is still one per ticket.
- ・You will be notified via LINE when you can enter. Please use the entrance QR code displayed on your LINE within 60 minutes. If you exceed this time, you may not be able to use it.
- ・Both a concert ticket and a merchandise ticket are required during venue pre-sales.
- ・Please come to the merchandise area around the assembly time indicated on the ticket.
- ・Tickets do not guarantee stock of goods. Sold-out items may occur during your reserved time slot.
- ・If you come to the merchandise area after the number call, please line up at the end of the current queue.
- ・Once in an entry-ready state, a QR code will be displayed, so please come to the entrance of the merchandise area.
- ・Re-entry to the merchandise area with a used ticket is not possible. Please be careful not to forget to buy anything.
- ・Actions that cause inconvenience to neighboring residents and general customers are prohibited. Please cooperate with the staff's instructions on the day.
- ・No bags will be provided for purchased goods, so please prepare your own bag.
- ・Please check your items/colors/sizes/change at the time of receipt from the salesperson. If there are any mistakes, please inform us immediately. We cannot respond to errors reported after leaving the sales area or at a later date.
- ・If the purchased product is defective, it will be exchanged for a good one. Returns are not accepted.
- ・If you notice a defective product after the performance ends, exchanges are only accepted for unused items within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us through the CONTACT page on the RAD MARKET site within this period. We cannot respond after the deadline.
