■ Shipping Date
Shipping will begin on Tuesday, September 17th, in the order of purchase.

 

■ Purchase Limit
There will be a purchase limit of 2 items per product per transaction.
For items with multiple color options, you may purchase up to 2 of each color.
To allow as many people as possible to purchase items, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
Purchases for the purpose of resale or profit are strictly prohibited.

▼ If your registered email address overlaps with previous membership information due to rejoining HERESY after your membership has expired, you will not be able to log in as a current HERESY member. In this case, please change your HERESY membership email address to a different address, or contact us via the CONTACT page, providing your name, HERESY member number, and email address, to request the deletion of past membership information.

▼ Adding an item to your cart does not confirm your order.
Your order is only complete when you click the "Place Order" button on the order confirmation page.
Please note that items may sell out while you are shopping or during the checkout process.
If an item in your cart sells out, you will be redirected to the cart page with an error message indicating the shortage. Please adjust the quantity of the sold-out item and complete your order again.

▼ If there is an issue during the communication between our system and your device (PC, smartphone, tablet, etc.), causing your order information to be lost, the items in your cart may also be cleared. Please note that even if items are removed from your cart, we cannot guarantee or replace them.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us via the CONTACT page on the RAD MARKET website within 7 days of delivery. We will only handle exchanges for defective or incorrect items within this period.

▼ If your package is returned to our logistics center due to incorrect address details or prolonged absence, we will notify you via your registered email address. If you wish to have the package resent, please contact us via the CONTACT page within one month of receiving the return notice. After one month, your order will be canceled. In such cases, future orders will be restricted to "credit card payment only." Customers with frequent returns, refusals to receive, or payment failures may be restricted from using our services. We appreciate your understanding in helping us improve our service.
