Notice Regarding Venue Sales of New Live Goods

■ Venue Merchandise Sales Date
Toyosu PIT
Thursday, September 12th, starting from 13:00
Please note that venue sales are only available to those who have a ticket for the concert on the day.
■ Regarding the Formation of the Merchandise Queue
For merchandise sales on the day, no pre-distribution of numbered tickets will be conducted.
Staff will organize the merchandise queue based on the situation on the day.
Please refrain from any behavior that may inconvenience local residents or general customers.
Follow the instructions of the staff on the day.
■ Purchase Limit
There will be a purchase limit in place.
A maximum of 2 items per product per transaction.
For items with multiple color or size options, you may purchase up to 2 of each variant.
To allow as many people as possible to purchase items, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
Purchases for the purpose of resale or profit are strictly prohibited.
Please note that quantities available for venue sales are limited. Even if you wait in line, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to purchase your desired items.
■ Payment Methods for Venue Sales
The following payment methods will be accepted at this event:
Cash, Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover)
Please note that credit card payments are limited to one-time payments only.
Depending on the situation at the venue, credit card payments may not be available, so please be aware of this in advance.
■ Other Important Information
- Please check your items, including color, size, and change, when you receive them from the sales staff.If there are any mistakes, please notify staff immediately.Once you leave the sales area, or if you contact us at a later date, we may not be able to assist you.
- If the item you purchased is defective, it will be exchanged for a non-defective item.Please note that we do not accept returns.
- If you discover a defect after the concert has ended, exchanges will only be accepted for unused items within 7 days of purchase.Please contact us via the CONTACT page on the RAD MARKET website.We may not be able to assist you after the deadline, so please be mindful of the time frame.
