Information Regarding the Entry Ticket
We will be distributing first-come, first-served merchandise entry tickets via the LINE app to reduce congestion within the venue at the GOODS sales event at Tokyo Garden Theater, scheduled for March 10th, starting at 1:00 PM (JST)
If you plan to use the venue sales, please be sure to review the following information before arriving.
■GOODS Sales Date and Time
March 10, 2025 (Mon), from 1:00 PM (JST) - Tokyo Garden Theater
Please note that between 1:00 PM (JST) and 5:00 PM (JST), you must have a merchandise entry ticket to enter the sales area. If you do not have a ticket, you will not be able to make a purchase even if you come to the sales area.

■How to Receive the Ticket
We will use the LINE app.

■Ticket Application Period
From February 26, 2025 (Wed) 6:00 PM (JST) to March 2, 2025 (Sun) 11:59 PM (JST)
First-come, first-served basis. Distribution will end once the set number of tickets has been reached.
■Ticket Announcement (Winner and Number)
Scheduled for March 4, 2025 (Tue) at 6:00 PM (JST)
■Important Notes
- Using the LINE app is required.
- To obtain an entry ticket, pre-application is required. Without the entry ticket, you will not be able to enter the sales area during certain times.
- After all ticket numbers are called, sales will be available to those without tickets.
- The entry ticket is free.
- The calling time may be adjusted depending on the situation, so please be aware of this.
- It is prohibited to transfer the merchandise entry ticket via screenshots or similar means. If it is found that you entered with a transferred ticket, you will be refused purchase at the register.
- Please use the merchandise entry ticket linked to your LINE account on your smartphone.
- "Only one person per ticket is allowed to enter the sales area." As an exception, "children in elementary school or younger are allowed to enter with an adult," but the purchase limit is "one item per person per ticket."
- You will receive a notification via LINE when you are allowed to enter. Please use the QR code displayed on your LINE account within 60 minutes after it appears.
- If you miss the time, you may not be able to use the QR code, so please be cautious. (The QR code will not appear before you are eligible for entry.)
- During the venue's early sales, a merchandise entry ticket is required to purchase items. If you wish to purchase goods, please ensure you obtain a ticket.
- Please arrive at the goods sales area according to the designated time listed on your ticket.
- The ticket does not guarantee the availability of the goods. If items are sold out during your designated time, you may not be able to purchase them.
- If you arrive after the ticket number has been called, you will need to join the back of the line.
- Once you are eligible for entry, the QR code will be displayed, and you can enter the sales area.
- You cannot re-enter the sales area using the same ticket once it has been used. Please be careful not to forget any purchases.
- Any behavior that disturbs neighboring customers or the general public will be prohibited. Please cooperate with the staff's instructions on the day of the event.
- When you receive your purchased item from the sales staff, please verify the product, color, size, and change. If there are any mistakes, please inform the staff immediately. Once you leave the sales area, we cannot accommodate any issues, even if reported later.
- If the purchased product is defective, please contact the staff on site.
- After the event, we can only exchange defective items if they are unused and within 7 days of purchase.
In such cases, please contact us via the CONTACT page on the RAD MARKET site. We cannot process requests after the deadline, so please be aware of this.

■Purchase Quantity Limit
There will be a purchase limit.
(2 items per product per transaction)
For products with different colors or sizes, you can buy up to 2 items each.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation to ensure as many people as possible can make a purchase.
Purchases for resale or commercial purposes are strictly prohibited.
There is a limit to the quantity of goods available for sale at the venue.
Please be aware that even if you line up, you may not be able to purchase the items you wish to buy.
■Payment Methods at the Venue
Payments can be made by cash or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, JCB, Diners Club, Discover).
Credit card payments are only available for "one-time payments."
Please be aware that credit card payments may not be available depending on the venue conditions.
