Regarding KT ZeppYokohama Merchandise Sales on June 17 at 1:00 PM (JST)

To alleviate congestion at the venue, we will be distributing merchandise area entry tickets exclusively to concert ticket holders via the LINE app.

If you have a concert ticket and plan to purchase merchandise at the venue, please be sure to carefully read the following information before your visit.

■ Merchandise Sales at the Venue

Date & Time: Tuesday, June 17, 2025, from 1:00 PM (JST)

Location: KT ZeppYokohama

Please note From 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM(JST),you will not be allowed to enter the merchandise area or make purchases without a merchandise entry ticket.

■ How to Obtain an Entry Ticket

You will need to use the LINE app.

Add us as a friend from the link below.

Please add “the GazettE Official Entry Ticket” as a friend on LINE.

• Only available to those who have purchased a ticket for the June 17 performance.
• Your Plusmember ID is required at the time of application.
• Tickets obtained through trade (resale) are not eligible.

• Each person may apply for up to 3 slots per person per day.

■ Important Notes

• Use of the LINE app is required.
• A prior application is necessary to obtain an entry ticket. You will not be allowed to enter the merchandise area during designated hours without one.
• Sales to those without tickets will begin only after all entry ticket numbers have been called.
• Entry tickets are free of charge.
• Call times may shift depending on the situation.
• Transferring entry tickets using screenshots or similar methods is strictly prohibited. If a transfer is detected, you will be denied access at the register.
• Be sure to use the entry ticket linked to your own LINE account on your smartphone.
• Only one person may enter per entry ticket. However, as an exception, children of elementary school age or younger may accompany the ticket holder, but purchase limits still apply to one person per ticket.
• You will receive a LINE notification when your entry becomes valid. Please enter the merchandise area within 60 minutes of the QR code being displayed in your LINE app.
• If the time limit expires, the QR code may no longer be valid. (You cannot enter before the QR code is displayed.)
• Entry tickets are required during advance sales hours at the venue. Please be sure to obtain one if you plan to purchase merchandise.
• Please come to the merchandise area around the time printed on your entry ticket.
• An entry ticket does not guarantee the availability of merchandise. Items may sell out during your designated time slot.
• If you arrive after your number has been called, you will be asked to line up at the end of the queue.
• Once your QR code is displayed, proceed to the merchandise area entrance.
• Re-entry to the merchandise area with a used ticket is not permitted. Please ensure you have purchased all desired items in one visit.
• Please refrain from actions that may inconvenience local residents or the general public. We ask for your cooperation in following staff instructions.
• Upon receiving your items, please confirm the product, color, size, and change. Report any issues immediately. We cannot address mistakes after you leave the area or at a later date.
• If you discover a defective product, please notify a staff member at the venue.
• If you notice a defect after the show, we will only accept exchanges for unused items within 7 days of purchase.

• Up to 2 of each item per transaction
• Some limited-edition items may be restricted to 1 per person.
• For items with multiple color or size variations, up to 2 per variation may be purchased.
• Purchases for resale or commercial purposes are strictly prohibited.
• Quantities are limited. Please be aware that even if you line up, your desired item may be sold out.

• Only single-payment transactions are accepted for credit cards.
• Depending on the venue's situation, credit card payments may not be available.
