Shipping will begin sequentially within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation.

▫️ Purchase Limits

A limit of 2 per item per transaction.

▫️If your email address is duplicated due to re-registration after HERESY membership expiration, login as a HERESY member In that case, either change the email address for your current HERESY membership or contact us via the CONTACT PAGE with 

▫️Adding an item to your cart does not complete your order.

The order is confirmed only after you click the "Place Order" button.

Items may sell out while in your cart or during checkout.

If you try to finalize a purchase with a sold-out item in your cart, an error message will prompt you to adjust the quantity.

▫️If access is difficult, please wait and try again later.

▫️If communication between your device and our system is interrupted, items in your cart may be lost.

Even in this case, we cannot guarantee replacement or purchase of the lost item. Thank you for your understanding.

▫️Orders placed on the same day with the same customer details and payment method will be combined and shipped together.

Shipping is free from the second order onward on the same day.

However, handling fees are charged per order.

▫️Cancellations, returns, size or color changes, and exchanges due to customer preference are not accepted after order confirmation.

▫️Please check your items within 7 days of arrival.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us via the CONTACT PAGE on the RAD MARKET site within 7 days.

▫️If your parcel is returned to us due to address issues or prolonged absence, we will contact you via your registered email.

To request reshipment, contact us via the CONTACT PAGE within 1 month of notification.

If more than 1 month passes, your order will be canceled.

In that case, future orders will be limited to credit card payment only.

Customers with repeated refusals, failed payments, or returns may be restricted from using the site.
