Please note: The Online Store is available to HERESY members only.

FIGURE KEY RING "Gazechu / TOMOGUI ver" -RUKI PRODUCE- is available exclusively through the Online Store.


For venue sales:

  • Available to customers with a ticket for the day’s performance.
  • From 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (JST), sales are limited to customers with a merchandise ticket.
  • After 4:00 PM (JST), sales are available only to customers holding a performance ticket.
  • While quantities are limited, all items will be available at the venue sales except for -URUHA PRODUCE- and -AOI PRODUCE- goods.

Please note: These items will not be available for general sale.



◽️ Shipping Schedule
● IEN0825 LIMITED TEE “RUKI”
Items will be shipped within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed.


● FIGURE KEY RING "Gazechu / TOMOGUI ver" -RUKI PRODUCE-
Scheduled to begin shipping from early October.



◽️ Purchase Limit
Purchase limits apply: Maximum of 2 items per product per transaction.

For IEN0825 LIMITED TEE “RUKI”, purchases are limited to 1 item per account.


We kindly ask for your understanding so that as many fans as possible may purchase.
Purchases for resale or commercial purposes are strictly prohibited.


Important Notes Regarding Purchases

▼ If your HERESY membership has expired and you rejoin, your registered email address may overlap with past membership records. In such cases, you will not be able to log in as a current HERESY member.
Please either update your current HERESY email address to a different one, or contact us in advance via the CONTACT PAGE with your Name / HERESY Membership Number / Email Address and request deletion of past records.
Please note: We will not be able to process these requests on August 25.



▼ Placing an item “in the cart” does not confirm the order.
Your order is only completed after proceeding to the order confirmation page and clicking the “Place Order” button.

Items may sell out while they remain in your cart or during the checkout process. If the “Place Order” button is clicked while an item in your cart has already sold out, you will be redirected to the cart page and an error message will display. Please adjust the item quantity and complete your order again.

▼ In rare cases, communication issues between our system and your device (PC / smartphone / tablet, etc.) may clear your cart information.
Please note that even if items disappear from your cart, we cannot provide replacements, substitutions, or purchase guarantees.



▼ For international shipping, if your orders are placed under separate ORDER numbers, they cannot be combined into one shipment.
Shipping fees will be charged for each order.



▼ Once your order is confirmed, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, size or color changes, or exchange requests due to customer convenience.
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.



▼ Please check your items within 7 days of delivery.
In the event that you receive a defective item or an incorrect shipment, please contact us via the RAD MARKET CONTACT page within 7 days of arrival.



▼ If your package is returned to our logistics center due to an incomplete address or long-term absence, we will notify you by email.
If you wish to have the item re-shipped, please contact us via the CONTACT page within 1 month of the return notice.
If no reply is received within 1 month, your order will be canceled.


In such cases, future orders from the same customer will be limited to credit card payment only.
Please note that customers with frequent returns, refusals, or payment issues may be restricted from using our site.
