※ If you order both the INVIOLABLE VOW BRACELET and the IEN0930 LIMITED TEE together, shipping will be in late November.

◽️ Purchase Limitations

To ensure as many fans as possible can purchase, the following limits apply:

・Maximum of 2 units per product per transaction.

・For IEN0930 LIMITED TEE “KAI”, each account may purchase only 1 item.

※ Purchases for resale or commercial purposes are strictly prohibited.

※ Important Notes Regarding Purchases ※

・Please confirm your login information before sales begin.

・If your registered email address overlaps with past HERESY membership records (e.g., rejoining after expiration), you may not be able to log in. In that case, please update your current HERESY email address or contact us via the CONTACT PAGE with your Name / HERESY Membership Number / Email Address to request deletion of past membership data before September 30. We cannot process these requests on the sales day.

・Adding items to your cart does not complete your order. Your order is confirmed only when you proceed to the order confirmation page and click “Place Order.” Items may sell out while in your cart or during checkout.

・If the system or your device causes order/session interruption, items in your cart may be cleared. Please note we cannot restore or guarantee such items.

・For combined shipping: Orders with the same order date, payment method, and customer information will be combined. For multiple orders placed on the same day, shipping fees for the 2nd and subsequent orders will be free. (Payment handling fees still apply to each order.)

・After order confirmation, cancellations, returns, exchanges, size/color changes cannot be accepted. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

・Please check the contents of your order within 7 days of receipt. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us via the CONTACT PAGE within 7 days.

・For INVIOLABLE VOW BRACELET -KAI PRODUCE-, due to the engraved serial number, defective items will be handled by repair service only. Please note this may take time.

・If your package is returned to our warehouse due to incorrect address or absence, we will contact you via your registered email. If you request reshipment, please contact us within 1 month of our notification. If no response is received within 1 month, the order will be canceled. In such cases, future orders may be limited to “credit card payment only.”

・Customers with repeated returns, refusals, or payment issues may be restricted from using our services.
