If you reserve the pickup time in advance on our website and place an order, you can receive the goods at the pickup counter inside the venue on the day of the performance.

■ Important Notes for Ordering
For venue pickup orders, only one time slot per person is allowed.
Each time slot has a limited capacity and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. You cannot select a time slot that has reached its capacity.
Changes or cancellations to the order details or time slot cannot be made after the order is confirmed.
Please do not select combined shipping for delivery and venue pickup orders. If you have selected combined shipping, we will remove the combined shipping option without notice.
The payment method is limited to "credit card payment" only. The product price will be settled at the time of order.
HERESY members without a concert ticket can also place orders.
　
■ How to Place an Order for Venue Pickup
Log in to the site as a HERESY member.
Select "Venue Pickup" on the top page and click on the desired pickup venue and time slot.
Read the notes carefully and click "ADD TO CART."
Confirm that there are no issues with the selected pickup venue and time slot, then click "Continue Shopping" and add the desired items to your cart.
Review the items in your cart and click "BUY" if there are no issues with the order.
Enter the order information, confirm the order details and payment method, and scroll down.
Check the red-framed statement regarding combined shipping, and tick the checkbox saying "Confirm input contents."
Review the order details and click "Place Order."
Once the order completion screen is displayed, the order is complete!
　
■ Pickup Procedure on the Day

Please present your name and the order confirmation number issued after the order is placed at the pickup counter.
Example: Order Confirmation Number (ORDER-xxxxx)

Pickup is limited to the person who placed the order.
Please prepare your own shopping bag. If you have purchased a large number of items, we recommend bringing a larger bag.
The pickup time may vary depending on the preparations and the situation on the day.
Pickup is only available during the designated time slot. If you cannot pick up the items during the designated time, you can still pick them up at the counter after the performance. However, customers with the corresponding time slot will be given priority. Please allow sufficient time if you arrive near the end of the time slot, as it may be crowded.
Please follow the instructions and guidance of the venue staff. Please refrain from any behavior that may inconvenience others.
Upon receiving the items, please check the type and quantity of the products on the spot.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of used products or products received on a later date.
　
■ In Case of Failure to Pick Up the Items
If you do not pick up the items, your order will be changed to a delivery order, and an additional shipping fee of 880 yen (additional relay fee for certain areas) will be charged.

Delivery Address: The "Shipping Address" registered at the time of order.
Estimated Shipping Date: From late August, shipped sequentially.
　
■ In Case of Performance Cancellation
In the event that the performance is unavoidably canceled due to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic or other circumstances, your order will be changed to a delivery order. Please understand and acknowledge this before placing your order.

Shipping Date: We will inform you of the shipping date depending on the situation.
Delivery Address: The "Shipping Address" registered at the time of order.
Shipping Fee: 880 yen (*additional relay fee for certain areas)
