At the goods sales area in Nippon Budokan, we will distribute numbered tickets on a first-come, first-served basis using the LINE app to manage crowd control and prevent heatstroke.

If you intend to use the venue sales, please make sure to review the following information before attending.

Please note that you will not be able to purchase goods in the sales area from 10:00 to 15:00 without a numbered ticket.

Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis and will be available until the specified number is reached.

　

Notes

• The use of the LINE app is mandatory.
• To obtain a numbered ticket, advance registration is required. Please note that there will be time periods during which entry to the sales area will not be allowed without a numbered ticket.
• After all the ticket numbers have been called, sales will be opened to those without numbered tickets.
• The numbered tickets are free of charge.
• Even customers without a live ticket can use the goods sales.
• Please note that the calling time may vary depending on the situation, and it is subject to change.
• It is prohibited to transfer the numbered tickets using screenshots or other means. If it is discovered that entry has been attempted using transferred tickets, the purchase will be denied at the register. Please use the numbered ticket associated with your own smartphone's LINE account.
• "Only one person can enter the sales area per numbered ticket" policy will be strictly enforced.
• Exceptions include "accompanying entry of elementary school children to the sales area," but the limit of goods purchase is still "one person per numbered ticket."
• You will be notified via LINE when entry becomes possible. Please use the QR code displayed on your LINE account within 60 minutes from the time the QR code appears in your LINE. Please note that you may not be able to use it if the time has passed. (You cannot enter before the QR code appears.)
• Please come to the goods sales area around the designated meeting time printed on the ticket.
• The numbered ticket does not guarantee the availability of goods. Please understand that some items may be sold out during your reserved time slot. We appreciate your understanding.
• If you come to the goods sales area after your numbered ticket has been called, you will need to join the back of the line at that time. Please be aware of this in advance.
• When entry becomes possible, please proceed to the entrance of the goods sales area with the displayed QR code.
• Once you have used the numbered ticket to enter the goods sales area, re-entry is not permitted. Please take care not to forget any purchases.
• Any behavior that causes inconvenience to nearby residents or other customers is strictly prohibited. Please follow the instructions of the staff on the day.
• We do not provide bags for the purchased items, so please bring your own bag.
• Re-queuing inside the sales area is prohibited.
• Please check the type, quantity, size, and change at the time of receiving the products. If there are any errors, please notify the staff immediately. We cannot handle inquiries or exchanges after leaving the sales area or on a later date.
• In the case of a defective product, we will exchange it for a new one, but we do not accept returns. Please understand this in advance.
• In the event of a defective product noticed after the performance, we will only handle exchanges for unused items within 7 days of purchase.

Purchase Quantity Limit

We have set a purchase limit.

Up to 2 items per transaction.

For items with color and size variations, you can purchase up to 2 items per variation.

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation to allow as many people as possible to purchase the goods.

Purchases for commercial purposes or resale purposes are strictly prohibited.

The quantity available for venue sales is limited. Please note that even if you line up, the desired items may not be available for purchase.

We accept cash payment and credit card payment (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover) for this event.

Only lump-sum payment is available for credit card payments.
