Regarding the sale of goods on the RAD MARKET website for "the GazettE LIVE TOUR 2022-2023 MASS 'THE FINAL'," fans who have purchased tickets for the concert through either the fan-club priority presale or the second-round presale will receive the right to take part in advance online sales.

• Serial codes are required to take part in priority advance sales.

About serial code

All fans who have purchased tickets through either the fan-club priority presale or the second-round presale will be eligible to be issued a serial code. An email will be sent to your email address registered with the fan club from web@fc-heresy.com during the test distribution held on June 29th (Thursday) and during the actual distribution held on July 1st (Saturday). Please ensure that your email address has been configured in advance to allow emails sent from web@fc-heresy.com. During the actual distribution, serial codes will be sent to each eligible member individually via email. Serial codes for accompanying fan club members will be issued via email to the email addresses of the accompanying members. The serial code will be different for each member. Please note that the serial codes will only be issued via email.

Please verify your email address by June 29th (Thursday), 2:00 p.m., to ensure that you have registered an email address at which you can receive emails. Please also ensure that your email address has been configured properly to receive emails from us. *Emails may be directed to the Spam folder in some cases. Please check your Spam folder as well.

If you do not receive our email during the test distribution, please contact us using either of the contact forms below to let us know that you have not received the test distribution email and provide us with the following required information.

Purchase limits

Each serial code can only be used for one round of payment. Serial codes that have already been used cannot be used again.

How to order

1. Log in to the website as a HERESY member.
2. Confirm the items in the Cart and click "BUY" if there are no issues with your order.
3. When entering the order information, enter the serial code that you received in the "Serial Code" field.
4. Confirm your order details and payment method, and scroll down to the bottom of the page.
5. Click "Confirm details entered."
6. After confirming your order details, click "Place order."
7. Your order is complete once the "Order successful" page is shown.

The revamped RAD MARKET website, goods lineup, and other information will be available on July 1st (Saturday), 8:00 p.m.
